2.2. Grading Services. When submitting cards for grading, you understand that WGCS acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the ultimate grade assigned by the third-party grading company (e.g., PSA) or for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs while the cards are in the possession of the grading company or during transit to or from the grading company.
3. Orders, Shipping, and Returns
3.1. Order Acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
3.2. Pricing. All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.
3.3. Condition of Cards. Given the nature of trading cards, especially raw or ungraded cards, they are sold "as is." We will accurately describe the condition to the best of our ability, but card condition is subjective. No guarantees are made regarding the potential for a specific grade from any grading company.
3.4. Shipping & Risk of Loss. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from the Site pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
3.5. Returns/Refunds. Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market, all sales are generally considered final. We generally do not accept returns on single cards and do not accept returns for sealed products once opened.
